Job Description
Conrad London St. James Hotel is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and drive culinary innovation in its restaurant, The Pem. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality, knowledge of South Asian cuisine, and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Exposure to elevated South Asian cuisine and knowledge of complex spices and flavour profiles
- Passion for innovation and ability to evolve a culinary concept
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid commercial acumen and experience managing costs and driving profitability
