The Bartender is responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the efficient and professional service of food and beverages to guests. This includes maintaining a high customer service focus, resolving issues, and promoting the services and facilities of the hotel.

Requirements

• Senior High School education or specialty in Hospitality
• Good Japanese skills to meet business needs
• Motivated and committed, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new skills or knowledge
• Flexible and able to respond quickly and positively to changing requirements
• High team focus and ability to show cooperation and support to colleagues
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcohol
• Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items
• Open-minded and outgoing personality
• Will to work for long hours
