【Hilton Tokyo】Front Desk Service Agent

Hilton Tokyo Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Service Agent to provide prompt and courteous service to guests, registering guests, checking them in and out, and resolving guest challenges throughout their stay. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related working experience preferred
• Business level Japanese
• Able to perform moderately complex mathematical calculations without error
• Able to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing to meet business needs
• Able to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
• Good interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction
• Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
