Job Description
Responsible for all tasks related to the restaurant's operations under the supervision of the chef, including setup, quality control, inventory management, and communication with other departments.
Requirements
- 5 years or more of cooking experience in a 5-star category
- At least 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent position in an international hotel
- Graduation from a hotel or culinary school is desirable
- Ability to work healthily
- Rich knowledge of Western cuisine and ability to work efficiently and responsibly
