Job Description
Responsible for coordinating with the chef to ensure all tasks related to the restaurant are completed, ensuring all dishes meet the highest standard, and maintaining smooth and efficient communication with the kitchen and other departments.
Requirements
- Experience as a chef de partie for at least 5 years in a 5-star category
- Experience as a demie chef de partie or equivalent position in an international hotel for at least 1 year
- Graduation from a hotel or culinary school is desirable
- Ability to work healthily
- Rich knowledge of Western cuisine and ability to work efficiently and responsibly
- Knowledge of various cooking methods
- Knowledge of seafood processing techniques
- Ability to contribute to reducing food waste
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve problems
- Knowledge of HACCP and satellite management
