Job Description
The Human Resources Manager - Maternity Cover will coach and develop senior and operational leaders, drive the delivery of a first-class HR service, and work collaboratively with central HR functions to maintain robust succession and attraction plans.
Requirements
- HR Generalist background with proven business partnering experience
- Strong influencing skills with the courage to challenge
- Ability to travel between hotels in the cluster as required
- Agile and driven to deliver in a fast-pace environment
- Ability to communicate and engage all stakeholders
