Job Description
The Information Technology Executive is responsible for implementing IT in the hotel according to Hilton's strategies and priorities, measuring IT costs and performance, and providing information to hotel management and the Regional IT Manager.
Requirements
- Maintaining and supporting hotel IT systems
- Troubleshooting technical issues for users and guests
- Managing system access and conducting regular user audits
- Ensuring data security, backups, and compliance with IT standards
- Supporting disaster recovery processes and system readiness
- Collaborating with other properties and assisting in IT improvements
- Adhering to all safety, security, and operational procedures
