IT Executive

The IT Executive is responsible for implementing IT in the hotel, measuring costs and performance, and providing information to management and the Regional IT Manager. Key responsibilities include maintaining and supporting hotel IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, managing system access, and ensuring data security.

Requirements

• University degree, majoring in IT, with relevant certificate(s)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese to meet business needs
