Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or Lead Cook in a restaurant or hotel
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Line Cook
- Working knowledge of health department regulations and proper cooking and holding temperatures
- Ability to work varied shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays
- Previous experience managing team members within a collective bargaining agreement (Union)
- Demonstrates a commitment to career progression within the culinary field
