Job Description
The Maintenance Manager will oversee the engineering team to ensure efficient maintenance of hotel operations, including energy conservation, and develop the team to meet compliance regulations.
Requirements
- Lead the Engineering Team in day-to-day operations
- Communicate with Housekeeping to prioritize maintenance activities
- Develop systems to ensure health and safety
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment
- Develop and manage emergency programs
- Coordinate renovation bidding and oversee general contractor and subcontractors
- Identify and introduce environmentally-friendly systems and equipment
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the Engineering Department
