Maintenance Manager

Manage the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations, ensuring safety, security, conversation, and compliance at the highest levels, as well as developing the team and staying abreast of compliance regulations.

Requirements

• Lead the Engineering Team in day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations
• Develop systems and procedures for health and safety, and proper conditions for plants, machinery, and property
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment
• Develop and direct emergency programs
• Implement and manage energy conservation programs
• Coordinate renovation bidding and oversee contractors
• Identify and introduce environmentally-friendly systems and equipment
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the Engineering Department
