Operator Supervisor

As an Operator Supervisor at Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Tech Village, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating services to ensure a memorable stay for customers, in line with Hilton and hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position in a 5-star international branded hotel or comparable industry related experience
• Understand basic spoken English to meet business needs
• High customer service focus
• Ability to positively impact, take personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues
• Motivated and committed, with good organization and coordination skills
