The Outlet Attendant is responsible for providing efficient and professional service of food and beverages to guests, while ensuring they receive optimum service in accordance with hotel and Hilton standards.

Requirements

• Senior High School education or specialty in Hospitality
• 1-2 years in a managerial position in a 4/5-star category hotel
• Good command of English to meet business needs
• Motivated and committed, with enthusiasm for learning new skills or knowledge
• Flexible and responsive to changing requirements
• High team focus, with cooperation and support for colleagues
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
• Ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items
• Open-minded with an outgoing personality
