Reservations Agent (Part-Time) - Conrad Orlando

Conrad Orlando is seeking a Reservations Agent (Part-Time) to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience in reservations, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for answering reservation communications, processing group reservation information, and verifying information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, and Front Office.

Requirements

• Systems- Passkey & OnQ experience
• Reservations (Group and Transient) experience
• Detail Oriented
• Professional communication skills, written and verbal
