Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager for Hilton, you will be responsible for the strategic management of the restaurant, maintaining high customer service focus, and contributing ideas to enhance operational procedures. You will promote services and facilities, create a positive work environment, and take initiative to resolve issues.

Requirements

• 2-4 years managerial position in a 4/5-star category hotel
• Familiar with computer systems
• Motivated and committed
• Flexible and responsive to changing requirements
• Strong leadership, people management and training skills
• Guest oriented and able to build and exceed service standards
• Thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labour controls, beverage menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, computer and accountings
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details
