We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to work closely with the Restaurant Management and support with the commercial performance, management and reputation of the Restaurant. The role requires inspiring the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every time.
Requirements
- Commercial Performance: Support to achieve the restaurant’s targets, considering driving the average check value, team incentives, as well as team member and guest experience.
- Excellent Food & Beverage: Deliver high-quality food and drink to satisfy guest’ needs - and social media feeds!
- Exceptional Guest Experiences: Lead your shift to deliver exceptional guest experiences, making sure the team provides authentic personalised service and in-depth product knowledge.
- Great Working Environment: Support to develop and inspire the restaurant team, creating an inclusive environment where all Team Members can thrive and achieve their professional goals.
- Day-To-Day Essentials: Make sure restaurant operations strictly comply with all regulations (including health, safety and hygiene, food safety certification, licensing) and that potentially hazardous situations are identified, reported and corrected.
