Job Description
The iconic Waldorf Hilton London is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to accelerate its growth, strengthen key relationships, and position the hotel as a premier destination for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in MICE sales within a 4â or 5âstar hotel or equivalent hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving new business and managing highâvalue event clients.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse data, understand market dynamics, and create strategic plans.
- Confident presenter with excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
