Requirements
- Proven experience in MICE sales within a 4â or 5âstar hotel or equivalent hospitality environment
- Demonstrated success in driving new business and managing highâvalue event clients
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse data, understand market dynamics, and create strategic plans
