Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in catering and events, specifically within a hotel setting.
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, from initial client pitches and proposal development through to contract finalization and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, with a particular emphasis on working with non-profit organizations.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals, contributing to overall revenue targets.
• Proven experience in managing and executing events for up to 1,000 attendees, ensuring seamless operations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for client interactions and internal coordination.
• Flexible and adaptable with schedule to meet the dynamic needs of the business, including potential evening and weekend work.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues on a personal level.
• Working knowledge or experience with Delphi or a similar property sales management system.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for client interactions and internal coordination.
