South-East Asia Management Trainee - Thailand

The South East Asia Management Trainee Program is an 18-month program that aims to groom the next generation of hotel leaders in operational departments. The program is divided into three phases: Explore, Experience, and Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or 3-year diploma education in hospitality and tourism or its equivalent.
• English fluency (both oral and written) with good command in 1 other Asian language.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Ability to adapt to a range of different work situations.
• Both an independent worker and a team player.
