South-East Asia Management Trainee - Thailand

The South East Asia Management Trainee Program is an 18-month program that aims to groom the next generation of hotel leaders in operational departments. The program involves a general hotel rotation throughout all departments and a discipline specialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or 3-year diploma education in hospitality and tourism or its equivalent
• Mobile within country and / or South East Asia region
• English fluency (both oral and written) with good command in 1 other Asian language
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Ability to adapt to a range of different work situations
• Both an independent worker and a team player
