Conrad Bangkok is seeking a South-East Asia Management Trainee to participate in an 18-month program to groom the next generation of hotel leaders in operational departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or 3-year diploma education in hospitality and tourism or its equivalent
• English fluency (both oral and written) with good command in 1 other Asian language
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Ability to adapt to a range of different work situations
• Both an independent worker and a team player
