Wok 2 - Chynna (Chinese Restaurant)

The Wok 2 is responsible for ensuring the relevant kitchen operates as a successful profit centre by planning, organising, directing and controlling production and administration in accordance with defined standards. The role requires a high customer service focus, positive attitude, and strong supervisory skills. The Wok 2 must be able to maintain a kitchen environment that promotes flair, creativity, and consistency in food quality and presentation.
