The Wok 2 is responsible for ensuring that the relevant kitchen operates as a successful profit centre by planning, organising, directing and controlling production and administration in accordance with our defined standards. The Wok 2 will maintain a high customer service focus, be motivated and committed, and have a positive impact by taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues.

• Strong Chef de Partie or previous Junior Sous Chef Experience
• Approaches food in a creative way
• Strong supervisory skills
