Manager, Procurement

Hint is seeking a Manager, Procurement to develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the CPG or beverage industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management (CPG or beverage industry experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, and contract management
• Experience in managing supplier relationships and optimizing sourcing strategies
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Excel)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams
