As Manager, Procurement at Hint, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing and managing key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely acquisition of materials needed to support our growth. You'll play a critical role in shaping Hint's procurement strategy, optimizing costs, and ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality materials.
Requirements
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and high-quality standards
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring reliability, performance, and adherence to contract terms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Production, Finance) to align procurement activities with company needs and growth objectives
- Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and material availability to proactively address potential supply disruptions
- Optimize inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and related costs
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor management, and purchase order management
- Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure compliance with quality, sustainability, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist with cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial planning
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
- Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to the SVP, Supply Chain on procurement performance and opportunities for improvement
