Recruiter

Hillwood is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple searches.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate or similarly professional environment
• Minimum of 2 years of in-house recruiting experience
• Experience leading full-cycle recruitment across diverse business functions and levels
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with CRM tools preferred
• Experience with competency-based interviewing and structured hiring practices
