Job Description
Hippo is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to support the corporate governance and entity management needs of a complex, multi-entity insurance organization. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in corporate secretarial practices, board governance, and legal entity compliance, and will be able to partner effectively with attorneys, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of corporate paralegal experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
- Experience supporting regulated insurance entities
- Strong knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and entity compliance
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with entity management software
