Senior Corporate Paralegal

Hippo seeks a Senior Corporate Paralegal with deep expertise in corporate governance and entity management to support a complex, multi-entity insurance organization. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting regulated insurance entities and will serve as a subject matter expert in corporate secretarial practices and legal entity compliance.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of corporate paralegal experience, with significant focus on corporate governance and entity management
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
• Experience supporting regulated insurance entities strongly preferred
