Job Description
Hippocratic AI is seeking a Customer Success Executive with health systems experience to serve as an embedded partner within client healthcare systems. As Customer Success Executive, you will be physically present at client sites every week, working alongside clinical, operational, and IT leaders to implement, operationalize, and scale HippocraticAIâs solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of health systems experience
- Experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments
- Exceptional relationship-building skills across an organization
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams onsite
- Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements
