Job Description
Hippocratic AI is the leading generative AI company in healthcare. We are looking for a Global Payroll Manager to hold end-to-end ownership for the company’s payroll operations, optimizing processes to strategically support Hippocratic AI’s next phase of growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive payroll experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience)
- Deep knowledge of U.S. payroll, wage and hour compliance, and employment tax regulations
- Experience operating in complex multi-state and multi-country environments
- Working knowledge of payroll accounting principles
