We are seeking a Payroll Manager to lead and scale our payroll operations, responsible for managing all aspects of payroll ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing for all employees.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on payroll experience
• Proven experience administering payroll
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Experience managing payroll considerations for employees on work visas
• Knowledge of equity and stock-based compensation
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to operate independently
