Job Description
The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the operational integrity of Horatio, proactively monitoring facilities to maintain a safe environment that protects both human talent and the company's technological and physical resources.
Requirements
- Constantly monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or risk situations.
- Act as a key member in crisis situations, closely collaborating with the emergency team under the guidance of the EHS Specialist (Safety, Health, and Environment).
- Rigorously supervise the lockers area, ensuring the integrity of employees' belongings and compliance with usage regulations.
- Execute the registration of visitors, suppliers, and employees, ensuring that all comply with the identification requirements established by the company.
- Perform regular tours of all facilities to detect infrastructure failures, vulnerable points, or unusual behavior.
- Detailed documentation of any news, accident, or irregularity that occurred during their shift in the security logbook.
