Quality Assurance Specialist (SDQ)
1+ year of experience as a Quality Analyst, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
Team Lead - Technical Support (SDQ)
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, strong understanding of customer service principles, and proficiency in CRM software and customer support platforms
Client Service Team Lead / Supervisor (BOG)
3+ years as a Supervisor, Team Lead, in the BPO or equivalent
Training Specialist (SDQ)
1+ years in training customer service or a service-oriented role, Senior college student in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields
Real Time Analyst (SDQ)
2-3 years of work experience in the WFM area. Strong verbal & written skills. Problem-solving skills
Customer Success Manager (BOG)
Native English Speaker, BPO experience, Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years customer-facing experience, Manager experience
