Job Description
The Labor Relations Lead is responsible for overseeing employee relations and ensuring full compliance with Dominican labor laws within a fast-paced BPO environment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Dominican labor law and employment regulations
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and compliance audits
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish
- Intermediate to advanced English preferred for reporting and international alignment
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Preferred)
- High ethical standards, discretion, and a strong sense of confidentiality
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
