We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to support and execute performance marketing campaigns for education and training businesses focused on student enrollment growth. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, ideal for someone early to mid-career who has agency experience and wants to deepen their skills across Google, Meta, and TikTok ads.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience running paid ads, ideally in an agency environment
- Experience working with Google Ads and Meta Ads required
- Exposure to TikTok Ads is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable starting in a support role and growing into more ownership
- Detail-oriented with a performance mindset
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to improve as a paid media operator
