Requirements

• Provide commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders and/or clients across operational and strategic matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• Manage external counsel and advisors
• Support dispute management
• Contribute to compliance programmes, internal controls, and policy development
• Maintain accurate records, contract repositories, and matter documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Project teams
• Support governance processes
• Mentor junior colleagues and uphold consistent quality and professional standards
