Legal Professionals (Mid-Senior Level)

Hire Resolve is assisting legal organisations in hiring experienced legal professionals for multiple mid–senior level opportunities across a range of practice areas and in-house functions in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
• 6–12+ years of progressive legal experience
• Commercial contracting, corporate governance, projects/infrastructure, employment advisory, compliance, regulatory, disputes, or real estate experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk-based judgement
• Familiarity with legal tools and systems, including document management, contract lifecycle management (CLM), matter management, and Microsoft 365
• Professional fluency in English, and Arabic for certain roles
• Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain discretion, and operate effectively in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
