Legal Professionals (Mid-Senior Level)

Hire Resolve is assisting legal organizations in hiring experienced legal professionals for multiple mid–senior level opportunities across a range of practice areas and in-house functions within the UAE. This is a multi-role hiring campaign designed to attract candidates across private practice and corporate environments, with progression pathways toward senior specialist and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Provide commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders and/or clients across operational and strategic matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• Support matters across corporate/commercial, employment, disputes, regulatory, compliance, real estate, procurement, or governance
• Assist with legal risk assessments and recommend pragmatic mitigations
• Manage external counsel and advisors
• Support dispute management
• Contribute to compliance frameworks, internal policies, and controls
• Ensure appropriate confidentiality, document retention, and information handling
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Project teams
• Maintain accurate matter records, reporting, and contract documentation
• Coach junior team members and promote consistent quality and professional standards
