Hire Resolve is assisting legal organisations in hiring experienced legal professionals for multiple mid–senior level opportunities across a range of practice areas and in-house functions within the UAE. This is a multi-role hiring campaign designed to attract candidates across private practice and corporate environments, with progression pathways toward senior specialist and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Provide commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders and/or clients across operational and strategic matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents (e.g., commercial agreements, construction/engineering contracts, supply agreements, NDAs, leases, service agreements)
- Support matters across corporate/commercial, employment, disputes, regulatory, compliance, real estate, procurement, or governance (aligned to experience)
- Manage external counsel and advisors, including budgets, timelines, and matter strategy
- Support dispute management, including pre-action correspondence, document preparation, settlement discussions, and claim support (as applicable)
- Contribute to compliance frameworks, internal policies, and controls, including monitoring regulatory updates and implementing practical guidance
- Ensure appropriate confidentiality, document retention, and information handling across legal workstreams
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Project teams to improve legal processes and decision-making
- Maintain accurate matter records, reporting, and contract documentation using relevant systems
- Coach junior team members and promote consistent quality and professional standards
