Hire Resolve is assisting legal organisations in hiring experienced legal professionals for mid–senior level opportunities in the Netherlands.
Requirements
- Master of Laws (LLM) or equivalent legal degree
- Admission to the Dutch Bar (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) for advocaat roles
- Typically 5–12+ years of progressive legal experience
- Demonstrated capability in one or more areas such as commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment, regulatory, disputes, compliance, privacy/GDPR, or legal operations
- Strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk-based judgement
- Familiarity with relevant tools and systems, including document management, contract lifecycle management (CLM), matter management, e-billing, and Microsoft 365
- Professional fluency in English and Dutch
