Legal Professionals (Mid-Senior Level)

Hire Resolve is assisting legal organizations in hiring experienced legal professionals for multiple mid–senior level opportunities across a range of practice areas and in-house functions throughout Canada. This is a multi-role hiring campaign intended to attract candidates from private practice and corporate environments, with progression pathways toward senior specialist and leadership roles such as Senior Counsel, Senior Associate, Legal Manager, Head of Legal, Compliance Lead, or Legal Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to business stakeholders and/or clients across operational and strategic matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• Manage outside counsel and service providers
• Assist with legal risk assessments and recommend pragmatic mitigations
• Support dispute management
• Contribute to compliance programs, internal controls, and policy development
• Maintain accurate legal records, contract repositories, and matter documentation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve legal processes and decision-making
• Support governance processes
• Mentor junior colleagues and promote consistent professional standards and quality
