Hire Resolve is assisting legal organizations in hiring experienced legal professionals for multiple mid–senior level opportunities across a range of practice areas and in-house functions throughout Canada. This is a multi-role hiring campaign intended to attract candidates from private practice and corporate environments, with progression pathways toward senior specialist and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to business stakeholders and/or clients across operational and strategic matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
- Support matters across corporate/commercial, employment, regulatory, disputes, compliance, privacy, procurement, governance, or real estate
- Manage outside counsel and service providers
- Assist with legal risk assessments and recommend pragmatic mitigations aligned to business objectives
- Support dispute management, including early case assessment, document preparation, settlement discussions, and litigation oversight
- Contribute to compliance programs, internal controls, and policy development
- Maintain accurate legal records, contract repositories, and matter documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve legal processes and decision-making
- Support governance processes, including board and committee documentation
- Mentor junior colleagues and promote consistent professional standards and quality
