We're seeking a determined Sales Development Representative to prospect, outreach, and qualify insurance agencies for high-quality meetings. The role involves generating a pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up sequences, with a focus on creating consistent, qualified opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and email outreach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
• Ability to confidently engage with small business owners and decision-makers
• Experience using or willingness to learn CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Interest in sales, marketing, or SaaS environments
• Coachable, resilient, and motivated by performance metrics
