Case Manager - Personal Injury (Bilingual English/Spanish)

We're seeking a Bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish) with a strong background in Personal Injury law firms to work remotely supporting U.S. law firms.

Requirements

• Serve as the main liaison between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Open and manage new PI cases, ensuring proper documentation and intake procedures.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, including medical records, bills, and client communications.
• Track treatment progress and follow up with providers to obtain records, reports, and invoices.
• Support attorneys in case preparation (drafting correspondence, organizing discovery, managing case timelines).
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and coordination of hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Prepare settlement demands and assist in medical lien negotiations.
• Provide proactive, empathetic communication to clients throughout the case.
