Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support our legal team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who can contribute immediately, think critically, and operate independently—not just execute tasks.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal injury law (Required)
- Strong understanding of case management workflows
- Experience handling liability-related work and decision-making
- Excellent communication skills (client-facing experience required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Google Drive-based systems
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with Insurance processes
- Client communication best practices
- Legal documentation workflows
- California personal injury experience (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with legal technology tools
