Personal Injury Legal Assistant (Remote) | LATAM

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support our legal team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who can contribute immediately, think critically, and operate independently—not just execute tasks.

Requirements

• Prior experience in personal injury law (Required)
• Strong understanding of case management workflows
• Experience handling liability-related work and decision-making
• Excellent communication skills (client-facing experience required)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using Google Drive-based systems
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Familiarity with: Insurance processes, Client communication best practices, Legal documentation workflows, California personal injury experience (nice-to-have), Familiarity with legal technology tools
