Requirements
- Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, markets, and product lines
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets
- Promote new product launches to both existing and potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with current customers through regular follow-ups and quarterly business reviews
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to products or Smart RFID/VMI solutions
- Perform cold calls and client visits to generate leads
- Deliver product presentations and assist with customer-site implementations
- Work closely with the customer service and supply chain teams on day-to-day operations and urgent deliveries (when needed)
- Support timely payment collections and ensure smooth order processing
- Report daily activities to Business Development Manager or Managing Director
