Job Description
Support daily logistics operations, including order processing, shipment coordination, documentation, and customer communication. Provide guidance to junior coordinators and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of logistics operations (distribution, inventory, materials management)
- Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
