Process Manager | Senai

The Process Manager is responsible for analyzing, improving, and managing business and operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or related role
• Experience in the automation industry is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage
• Familiarity with automation systems, workflows, or digital transformation tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive change across the organization
